What Is IndiOdyssey Yoga?
IndiOdyssey Yoga is a whole body-mind-soul journey that blends the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, and modern coaching modalities of NLP and CBT.
Is IndiOdyssey Yoga An Exercise Workout?
We will be incorporating the “Asanas” or exercises into your program. But you’ll also be learning things like breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, should you choose to do so. Your specific program is completely tailored to your individual needs and goals.
What Should I Bring?

What Can I Expect For My First Few Classes?
After we’ve talked about your goals and set down a plan, we’ll get started on some basic lifestyle philosophies, learn a few asanas, breathing and meditation techniques.
How Long Will We Meet?
Depending on your goals and objectives which we have discussed during our initial consultation, our meetings can be anywhere from once a week, 1-1.5 hours, for six weeks.
